Eligible for Return or Exchange If:

 

 

• The product is unused and in original packaging

• The return request is made within 30 days of purchase

• You have proof of purchase (receipt, order number, or confirmation email)

 

 

Non-Returnable If:

 

• The prongs have been used, installed, or show signs of wear

• Packaging is missing or damaged beyond resale condition

• It was purchased more than 30 days ago
